Nutrients!

 Hello bloggers! Today in lockdown I was learning about nutrients, carbs, fats and zinc. We learnt the zinc can heal open wounds and protiens is a good source of nutrients. Also carbs should make up of 45-61 percent of your daily meal and protien is a must have for a daily mean or we would all get sick, Speaking about that carbs fight diseases! If we overdosed on them we would be at risk of obeseity, heart diseases and weight gain. Thanks for reading and see you in the next blog! Also comment if you have time.
