A day in the Trenches

 I walk through the enterrance door only to see a build of students near the classroom doors and the blind were down so the insides were unknown. The students were swarming like bee's with an intruder, a group of students and I found a little opening inside the blinds. Were checked all windows all doors but all they did was tease us. Thy left little peaks through the doors leaving a big bundle of string. 

When we got in the teacher were wearing black with face paint they sorta looked funny. After we had the meeting we had to crawl through and pick a spot you would stay in for the rest of the day. I picked in a green space but wanted to move and so I did after about 5 minutes. I also got shot twice by nerf guns the teachers had and luckily I dodged both.

We also had to eat down there and we still wern't allowed to pop your head up! This was a fun but painful game we played and I grazed my right knee and and left elbow. I was not happy about that or anything else. I also had to do a maths test down there. I was confused and annoyed!

This must have been one of the most weirdest school days ever and I hated it. In the end we had to roll up the string BUT we had to chose a partner and I chose a not so good one. Netball!

 TAP! TAP TAP!! The sound of running filled the courts and after about 1 minute the whole school looked abandoned.

On a sunny Wednesday, the 7th of the 4th to be exact we all line up for... netball. One boy line and one girl and I was the first in the boy line. We marched to the netball court where the coaches were waiting. We played a game of infinity tag and I was one of the best! I used a my U.R.T which stands for under roll technique. First I wound duck down tag their legs and then roll and when I did that I was unstoppable. After we did some warm ups like lundges, Fast feet, butt kicks and squats.

We played golden child and I really wanted to be it but I never get picked! I was shooting first too and I'm really good! I almost got all my shots but the hoops were crooked and tilted. I got a few people out and I never I never got caught when running. Eventually we came to a stop to play numbers. How you play it is that both teams line up and the caller calls a number like four the four people wound go out touch a pole and get the ball. Whoever got the most scores one. I was always the first to the ball even when I was held back. 

Unfortunatly this was our last session with the netball people so I was very upset. I loved playing netball and infinite tag but sadly everything eventualy come to an end. Softball

Softball

Ni hao bloggers on Tuesday the 23rd of March Me and 11 differents students went on an adventure to Mount Roskill fields. We were chosen to compete against 7 different schools in softball and the fact I was chosen was a mirracle!  When we got there we had to wait a bit, until the referee people called us in and we sat down on the wet grass which I was not happy about. Soon or later we started to fall into our bases and the subs climbed trees. The first game was okay and I'm pretty sure we won to hillsbourgh.  We lost to Marshall Laing but we won all the others. We played 7 games in total.

After like our 5th game me and my other friend asked if we were allowed to go play at the obstical course and we had lost of fun because it was really challenging and some stuff was broken. We went at about 2:30 and we came across a play ground, It had this giant rolling wheel thing that we rolled in exept ANOTHER SCHOOL CAME! But the thing that bothered me the most is that the teacher saw us being squished but DIDN'T CARE!! All he said was "two minutes".  I was really bugged by that,

Tsunami

 Ni Hao bloggers last week we had a tsunami warning.  It didn't effect me or anyone in our family. but one of my teacher for reading was near the tsunami. If it ever happens near us this would be my emergency pack and I advise: brace yourself cause its a long list sorta.

Tsunami Emergecy Packs

First Toilet paper, CLEAN water, back pack, first aid kit, non-perishable food, Medicine, Torch and batteries, Bug spray, Phone, Power bank, radio and wifi, Umbrella,  some sort of Weapon and  Entertainment. 

Hopefully no more tsunami or earthqakes happen but I will be prepared!!

Lockdown 4

Lockdown 4

Jo san bloggers/ Good morning in chinese.

In the start of lockdown I felt a little bit happy. The  only reason was because I can eat whenever I want and I can play a little bit of games .I knew where to get all my work because we've done it before  last year, so it was way easier than normal homework in my book.  But I also felt sad for all the times my friends and I could have played together.  Overall I feel more sad then happy because we're all in lockdown when we could be out in school play and making unforgetable memories.

Monday to Friday we had to do HOMEWORK   exept it was a bit easier then regular homework so it was a plus for me. But my favorite activity was most likely the kahoots because I always come on the leaderboard and heres a picture.  But my second was probably E-ako maths.

My favorite family activity was when I started a pillow fight that everone joined. Soon after I started curling up in a ball and started rolled around. It was really fun and most the family were playing! It almost never happens. 

When we heard we had to come to school we were all miserable and tried to hog the games most. But we all knew lockdown wouldn't be forever so I did what anyone else would... I hogged the play station all to myself. I was determined that I would have to at least play for 4 hours in the whole day. 4-hours later I was satisfied to go back to school. To be honest I really did like school but its just Ive adapted to being in lockdown for so long I sorta don't wanna go back.

Slip And Slide!

Hello and welcome bloggers, This week on Thursday our teachers were going to take us on a fun time by setting up the slip and slide!! First we had to do work but not just any work boring work! "AGH"  We had fruit break (or brain break after. Then we had to do the same work as before! After we got to do a digital  game called santa tracker! "fun!" We went out for morning tea after santa tracker and here comes my favorite part! The bell went and we raced back to class. Then we split into 2 groups then we made this plan one group would go on the slip and slide and the other in the pool and then switch over. Guess what!! We got the slip and slide!! I was out of breath I couldn't belive it! Everyone raced to the top and waited and waited and waited. It took a long time because we needed to cover the covers with soap and dish washing liquid. Then SLIP! I was on my knee's but it didn't really go fast so I stopped doing it on them. The next time I went on my back and kept turning here's a picture.

The Tortoise

Good morning! This week on Monday I was so shocked to find something at the school on a patch of grass.  I was just thrilled, excited, stunned but most of all determined to get this little guy home. We found a Turtle!, a Red Eared Terrapin and we found its diet is any fruit or vegetables and stuff like that. I was a bit confused though just having my friend find a Turtle at our school and he was too afraid to pick it up. Even though I knew how to pick it up I hesitated just to see how it reacts. I tapped lightly on his shell and he popped inside, so I place my hands on each side of his shell and gradually lifted him up. I was amazed I was carrying a Turtle without any expericence!
